Do I have to get a consultation done since I already have my Dadalocks?

Simply the answer is YES! When you come to Studio 28, we highly recommend a consultation for every client that walks in to our studio for the first time. A consultation is necessary because you are changing your Interlocks service providers. We also have to check that your hair qualifies as Interlocks; if it does not then we will be able to educate you and plan a hair system moving forward. This is because we will need to know your hair type, your curl pattern and the technique used by your previous stylist i.e, locking pattern.

Why is the Bundling process important?

Bundling is important especially for beginner locs and during the settling phase because:

1. It ensures one uses the right shampooing practices.
2.It minimizes slippage that may occur during the shampooing process.
3.It helps to prevent unraveling.

what should you expect when you get your Dadalocks installed at Studio 28?

1. A consultation with our expert stylists. During this session you learn what your hair type is, how to care for it, what products to use, how to remedy any problems you might have, and so much more!

2. A starter kit. This includes our starter shampoo, specially formulated to help your new locks lock faster, hair care instructions to suit your specific needs and other products you will need during your journey.

3. A Studio28 Dadalocks certificate 🤗

4. Joining our Natural Hair Journey group where you get to interact with hair experts from all around the world.
